Exchangeable Sensor Modules (DPS 1031) for Digital Reference device (DPG 1031) for spans up to 40,000 psi

The ARMANO DPS 1031 pressure sensor module expands the versatility of the DPG 1031 digital precision pressure gauge system. Each sensor module can be quickly connected to a compatible DPG 1031 gauge, allowing operators to change pressure ranges or process connections without purchasing a separate complete gauge for every application.

DPS 1031 sensor modules are available for gauge, compound and absolute pressure measurement, with measuring ranges extending from low-pressure applications up to 40,000 psi. Their high measurement accuracy and finely graduated range selection make them particularly well suited for service work, pressure testing and use as portable reference sensors during pressure instrument calibration.

The pressure-wetted components are manufactured from durable stainless steel. Depending on the selected range, the measuring cell is constructed from 316L stainless steel or high-strength 17-4PH stainless steel. Hermetically sealed welded versions are available for selected ranges, providing dependable performance in demanding industrial applications.

Standard measurement accuracy is ±0.1% of full scale for ranges up to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi) and ±0.25% of full scale above 1,000 bar (14,500 psi). Increased-accuracy versions are also available for applications requiring greater precision.

Each DPS 1031 should be ordered according to the required pressure range, pressure type, process connection and accuracy option. The compatible DPG 1031 display unit is required for pressure indication and operation.

Important Compatibility Note

The DPS 1031 is a sensor module only and requires an ARMANO DPG 1031 digital display unit for operation. Pressure range, pressure type and process connection must be selected when ordering.
